Wars are bad. But the two massive
destructive wars, the WW1 and WW2 were two valuable lucky tickets
for both imperial superpowers the USSR and USA to board on the
Aladdin’s magic flying carpet with their muscles puffed invading and
dividing every single square foot on the earth and on the sky.
Leaving the world in a dangerous stressful situation with two
different ideologies that were one hundred per cent opposite each
other. So for three quarter of century and in an arena called the
twentieth century on the Gregorian calendar, both of these
superpowers fought each other tooth and nail like two ancient strong
gladiators that one which the loser must leave dead. Just as much as
human being’s age that is less than a century. Therefore, ninety
percent of the unfortunate century gone with a cold wind, precisely
the Cold War which’s known by! And in its ultimate the red tongue
Siberian bear fell down on its knees begging for pardon inside
turmoil of cold Alaskan blizzard. Contrary, its opponent has reached
the throne of absolute power despite the black heat of Alabama, the
gargantuan mash-room cloud, and etcs. Surviving with the power of
technology, democratic liberal ideology, and the freedom of trade,
it has become the only Rambo in the battlefields of Afghanistan and
Iraq, and the only Don Juan in the busy nights of Bangkok.
Consequently, today the USA has an ultimate super power with which
to lead the world with no irritating nasty partner. But, the deep
distrust between the USA and the rest of world is at the highest
point also.
"We’re a super-duper power, and I don’t know that the world has
seen one of those before". These deep strong arrogant words said to
the veteran British journalist just before starting the war on Iraq
by the Mr. Raymond Seitz; the former US ambassador to London. This
American massage is the view of most American politicians, doesn’t
matter if they were riding the daddy elephant or the donkey of
Shriek. And in most cases seems to be true. Fore example, the former
CIA director during Carter years Admiral Stansfield Turner believes
that this is true because of three reasons. The first one, the USA
won the Cold War resoundingly. The second one, the USA is the most
democratic country in the world and the best example of free
enterprise by which the whole world is moving. So if any country
doesn’t go that way it will simply be trampled underfoot. Also the
last one that Mr. Turner thinks is so important is that the world
needs a leader. "The EU didn’t stand up on Bosnia. We did. The EU
couldn’t stand-up in Kosovo. We did. So it doesn’t make much
difference weather we’re fit or not. We’re there, and no one else
is," he said. Although he missed to mention the silence and
ignorance of the Islamic congress and the Arab league while
witnessing the massacre of the Kurds and couldn’t stand up either
against their super hero. The USA was there too, in the mountain
helping the frightening Kurdish women who were calling: Hadji Bush!
Help us For the sake of Allah! On March 20, 2002, the first full day
of the war on Iraq, the coalition forces were numbered like that:
241,516 military personnel from the USA, 41,000 from the U.K, 2,000
from Australia, and 200 from Poland. This is simple statistic that
shows the leading role of the U.S.A. is tremendous and the word of
coalition is just a manipulating strategy of war in an era in which
wars are not cold!
Because of that an other
reason many people around the world hate this giant imperial power,
but by closing there eyes fore one moment and not think what
happened in the past by the U.S.A such as tragedies like oppressive
mood of slavery, killing millions of civilians in both Hiroshima and
Nagasaki, Building the Iraq’s Death Machine by its big corporations
like DuPond( nuclear), Honey-Well(rocket), and Etman Kodak(rocket),
and to destroy them again hundred thousands of children were
innocent victims. The U.S.A still looks a very attractive land on
the traveler’s map when he/she imagine going into this rectangular
geometrical organized shape that is unlike the shape and size of
ancient and old empires that simply spread by blood shed and long
wars similar to tentacles of the octopus. While the shape of the
U.S.A is so simple to look at on the other hand is so complicated to
be in. It looks like the chess board on which many savvy Kasparovs
could play their first smart move. It’s the land of opportunity and
success. It has a lion’s portion in everything; for instance, there
are more than quarter million of cars running on the spider web like
highways and roads and this makes forty per cent of the world’s
total. One million and a half million lawyers which is as much as
the population of a very tiny country like Malta, but there is also
more than two million persons on prisons. Hopefully one day half of
them would be free in order to fit the number of lawyers per capita.
That is the simple busy life inside the U.S.A, a country of the 300
million, a huge population that is organized by a very firm powerful
system that can handle its countless problems with no question. But
any oxymoron situation can cause a great problem in the world.
Many people hate this imperial power because they think The
U.S.A. puts its economic interests on the top of all international
issues like the famine in Africa, Kyoto, and peace in the world.
They reverse all sayings by American politicians about this humanity
concerns to economical greedy massages. They believe that those who
are in power in the U.S.A. think about their interests and having
benefit from every square meter on the map of the world and again if
they are unable to imagine the chaotic era in a world without the
U.S.A. The vice president of the U.S.A is extraordinary powerful
man. Beside his job as politician, he is the CEO of one of the
largest oil companies in the world called Hallibuton that just in
the year 2000 paid to Mr. Cheney $ 36,086,635 as an annual income.
Also they see Mr. Bush as businessman especially when some times
talk to journalists about the decision of going to America’s
hopefully last war. "Our people risked their lives ……….. And
therefore the contracting is going to reflect that , and that’s what
the U.S. taxpayers expect" he responded once to a journalist in a
news conference. So countries that don’t fit American standard and
the way of leading the world they may have the same fate of the
Soviet Union. And that’s because America is not just relentless
power, but it’s the Microsoft, Hollywood, McDonalds, Nike, Ford, and
etc. These are also reasons to make the U.S.A the number one
superpower country that can reach every corner of the world with no
international permission. Also its power is beyond imagination, so
if people like it or disliked the exclusive power of the U.S.A. the
reality is not easy to change!
